Who I Am
My name is Sebastian Moniz and I am the founder of Roma redibit. As a former GCSE and A-level Latin and Ancient Greek student, I am a huge enthusiast for Roman culture and classical music. Moreover, I am a devout Catholic, so I attend Latin mass at St Thomas More Catholic church. My goal through this website is to present my modern unfiltered views on religion, music, education and home life through a Roman lens, and hopefully some people will agree with me.

My Approach
The first step I take to formulating my opinions on specific, interesting topics is thoroughly learning about them. I do this by taking online courses (such as OpenLearn ones), looking at reliable source websites explaining European history (all mentioned at the end of each article) and sometimes talking to people who are highly educated on the topic, such as my teachers and priests. I then gather evidence for both sides of the argument (usually writing it down on some scrap paper) to finally make my viewpoint, which is almost always grounded in Roman culture and Catholicism. In fact, I took these exact steps when writing my article about how The Reformation Was a Catastrophe e.g. I took the OpenLearn course about European history.
